We weren't able to prepay. Nobody will call me back! Chat option not available. No times available for return call. Didn't email last week, like I was told. Very unprofessional!Emailed, no response. Also, someone was supposed to email me pictures last Thursday, never did. I have sent messages repeatedly, still nothing to help me with. I just want to order pictures!!! I was told someone would contact me yesterday & help me. Still waiting, not very patiently!!!! Tired of the games!!!!

Having multiple issues getting my children's digital images. Very time consuming and frustrating that you cannot just call to speak with a person. I scheduled and received a call last week stating the issue was fixed but when I Logged in this weekend it was not. Now I have to send another email.
Not impressed. There isn't a way to contact the company directly to speak with someone. You have to send an email, sign up for a return call or even as the school itself you are required to leave a message and wait for a call back. The time frame on receiving pictures is far too long of a wait in my opinion. They are scheduling retakes before even allowing parents to see the original photos. I understand if you are absent and they offer another day to have the photos taken, however what if you aren't satisfied with the first photo taken?? I do not plan to purchase photos from this company in the future.
The worst wrestling picture I think I have ever seen. Subject was not framed, terrible backdrop with subject against the wall. Not posed at all. Makes me laugh to look at last year's picture compared to this year's picture.
I kept the picture because I love my son and think the picture is funny, but I feel like as a PROFESSIONAL company they could have done better getting the kids to smile (normally) and take a nice picture. They let my son give this weird tucked lip smile. Ive seen the other pictures taken by them from other students, eyes half opened or no smile at all. You send a "photographer" to work with children that can't even get a little giggle from them?? I will not order pictures from this company again.

I ordered pictures for my daughter from her school. The package was over 50 dollars and had items missing. When I tried to contact them it was impossible to get someone on the phone. You have to schedule a call. When they call the phone rang once and they hung up. I will never be ordering anything else from this company
Nice service and variety for photos, but there aren't small packages available.
