It's a very lovely place but I do have concerns about the parks maintenance since there's always a lot of trash around the play areas and little maintenance for the lawn care

Don't go to this place!! Beautiful place and it's nicer with fewer people ;)
Very nice park but some things like the "rock wall" are sad excuses but the zip line is still very fun thought. The first park is on the same ground level as the ball field (second is rased up a little) and you could easily play something like soccer there (or base ball because it's made for that ). It also has a paved area so you could play basket ball or something. Very awesome place to play at and it has relatively new play structure that is safe and won't break amy time soon.
The park was renovated last year and is much cleaner now, with new equipment. I took off a star for the fact that everything is geared for very young children. For example, the climbing wall is barely over 1 meter tall.
Great little park that my boys love to play at.
