Disappointed with the doctor and staff. I was referred to Dr. Hochberg about 2 years ago by a co-worker and my first visit I have to say was a pleasant one. Both staff and doctor were very nice. But recently I had and ER visit that led me back in Dr. Hochberg’s office and it was a complete different experience. I was rushed out during my consultation and had unanswered questions so had to ask at the checkout area in front of other patient and staff, completely unprofessional. To make matters worse I had a study done order by the doctor that till this day I have not received a call for results and when attempting to call to get answer you have the rudest staff who make you feel like you’re a bothering. I decided to go in person and was treated even worse by the front staff. I had a urinalysis done I also called for results and was told it was never done that just because they collect urine it does not mean they run a test, but yet got a bill for it. Was also sent a letter by mail stating that I have not scheduled my CT and was mailed an order for Bay Care Imaging when originally my order was provided the day of my visit for Tower Radiology and had already done the study for 2 weeks at that point. Well to make my final point I don’t recommend this office. It seems like the office needs to change staff and doctors need to be reminded patients aren’t numbers but people. My co-worker has been experiencing the same and my other co-workers husband also express the same when talking together about my experience. Is no wonder they have bad reviews.

Dr Helal is kind, respectful and more than reasonable in setting up a payment plan with my high deductible insurance plan. Got my kidney stones blasted and am feeling good. He is busy, but is for sure my go to if I have another problem. Would recommend to anyone. I work in medicine and was referred to him by people in his field.

We tried for over a week to just make a appointment. Had to keep calling and received no call back. Went elsewhere was able to call make a appointment right away. Advanced Urology institute staff was amazing and got us a appointment right away.

The staff at the Riverview office on Falkenburg Rd all need to be fired. Worst service and they really don’t care for people so not sure why they even still have a job and all the doctors there are clueless as my mom’s dr sent her home and She had to go to the ER three hours later and the ER doctors said that her doctor should not have sent her home. Incompetent staff and doctors so she will be looking for another urologist!!! SMH
