I would have really loved this place if They would have worked with me on exchanging a special order of pants for my daughter. However that was not the case and they were not even trying to offer store credit. Nothing! Very disappointing. In response to the owner: I fully understand exactly what you were say sir. The problem was you were not attempting to actually solve the problem. You just kept repeating your self that you would not be willing to correct this issue. I walked in ready to purchase more items and left shaking my head with 0 resolution and 0 additional products.

I love shopping local with small businesses probably because I have a small business as well. Overall, I appreciate Fishhawk Sporting Goods very much! Bruce is a class act and always is very patient helping my family gear up for each sports season. He has went out of his way to do special orders for us and to make sure we are very happy. The latest was our daughter wanted to play softball for the first time and he helped us get each item that it would require walking us through things like each glove and the differences, face masks, etc. Folks... Amazon just can’t compete with good old fashioned customer service and at the end of the day service is what I value most. Thanks Bruce and FHSG for all you do to support local business!
Amazing service, and an outstanding owner who makes sure you’re happy with your purchases. He’s also willing to spend the time to help you through whatever needs and get answers. Great location for gear, clothing, equipment, and special orders...and he’s got the contacts and knowledge to help fit both individuals, teams, and leagues! We’ve visited him frequently and highly recommend him for your sports needs.
