I had a package I ordered from ebay on the 26th march it hadn't arrived so I spoke to Jenny online who was only to happy to help me and send out my package again as we both assumed it was lost in the mail so no fault of DDI Jenny was only to happy to help send out another set of ignition leads, they arrived today via Express post... Thanks Jenny and all the team at DDI for a quality service and for all your help I really do appreciate it...

Highly recommended. Item was damaged in transit and DDI rectified it ASAP sending another unit Express to me and then refunded when the first item was returned. Great customer service.
I have recently had a great experience with DDI Ind. In retirement I am forcing myself to do jobs on my own vehicles. I have grown up with classic cars and currently own a lovely Mk 2 Jaguar. Unfortunately I got into some difficulty sorting out the electronic idle on my Mitsubishi Triton ute. I purchased a new idle control valve from DDI but was confused with a similar looking component under the bonnet. I sent off some photos to the team at DDI and they quickly sorted me out. I wouldn’t hesitate in giving DDI the highest recommendation. Great work.

Bought a part from a reputable brand through Dirt Devil Ind, initially everything was well, however after a few days the part failed (electronic failure of some type). DDI were quick with responses to my request for replacement, sent me a free return package, picked up the parcel as soon as it was available and instantly sent me out a replacement. Great customer service, honest reliable company. Recommended to all.
