A very positive experience. First, David was professional and on-time for the first “exploratory” visit. When we decided on the work he was very informative & thorough with timeline expectations and the contract. When work began, they showed up bright and early (everyday of the work), cheerful and ready to get to work. These guys are great. David hires Christian men so there’s no profanity like you hear so many other times. They are experienced, good at what they do, the don’t make a giant mess, they clean up the work area at the end of every day, and keep you informed as work progresses. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend.

Remodeled the entire sun room. Leveled and re-tiled flooring, installed new drywall and resurfaced the ceiling (including installing recessed lighting). Lots of work done in a very short period of time. Now it is a beautiful part of the house. Highly recommended.
I'm so glad I stumbled across this business. It is so frustrating to have to call a business back 2 to 3 times just to fix what they should have found on the first call. David Spence is an awesome contractor that really have expectations for customer satisfaction. This contractor have done work inside and out of my home to include electrical, ceiling fan installation to repairing leaks in my sunroom to installation of my screened in porch. David and his team were extremely professional and kind.They were able to help me out afterthe project went south with the previous contractor. They provide quality work and have a beautiful show room with tons of options to choose from making the whole process from start to finish hassle free. I would recommend David Spence to anyone needing work done on their house. Our new shower is a work of art done right and we will be using them to complete our bathroom renovation!
My experience with David Spence Inc was superior!! I had not done any remodeling before until this project. David and his staff were very knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with all my questions. I was always prepared ahead of time by the owner or staff about what to expect with the whole process. The construction crew in my home were nothing but professional, polite, and on time. Not only did I have a complete remodel take place during by busiest season for my line of work, we had the COVID-19 pandemic, and a 14 day quarantine for me. Needless to say I was a bit stressed! The owner of the company prayed for me when he saw the stress of everything overcome me. That is going above and beyond in my book and was greatly appreciated!! If your looking for a contractor who will keep the process as stress free as possible, do the job right the first time, be professional and understanding, provide quality work, and treat you like family this is the company you want to hire. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful and I smile each time I walk into it! You will be very glad you hire David Spence Inc.
David and his team helped me with a water intrusion issue in my condominium. I had a report from a leak tracking company as to the location of the leak. Additionally, David spent a great deal of time, trying to think like water and identify sources of secondary leaks. He was patient with my questions and explained his thought process with the repairs. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with his team. I was thrilled they were able to start the work quickly, as we are in the rainy season. I would definitely recommend David and certainly hire him for future projects.
Receptionist was very nice but informed me that the guys coming out to do estimates don't wear masks (for COVID). Unfortunately they would have had to be in my home and during a pandemic I'd rather not have unnecessary exposure!
