Absolutely horrible experience neither the employees nor the manager have any knowledge to be able to resolve any issues. Do not go here go to Walgreens or some other pharmacy instead. The service is absolutely terrible. My issue was simple I purchased mouthwash that had a promotion where you get two extra care bucks back. I purchased the mouthwash and got the extra care bucks back and then when I went to purchase something else at the register it would not let me use the extra care bucks and gave an error message saying that I had already used them even though I had just received them less than two minutes prior. I asked to speak with a manager and no one knew what to do and told me to call corporate for two dollars. It is absolutely ridiculous that a manager can’t just simply take two dollars off a transaction and I have to call corporate because of CVS’s faulty systems. I’m switching pharmacies because of this nonsense.

I’ve always had a good shopping experience at this CVS location. They seem consistently well-stocked, even during the pandemic. This was the first place I could even find any sanitizer products after shelves were wiped out elsewhere. On a couple of occasions, I had to ask employees where to find specific items in the store. They were always so helpful and kind. I have always found the same kind of customer service in the checkout line. I recommend this CVS to people in the area.

I stopped in to grab a birthday card and some flowers for my wife’s birthday and was on crutches!! Geeze what a task as I find a card and grab a dozen roses I don’t make it far and see Lisa. I ask for some help and even though she had on a mask I could sense a smile. She even took them out to my car for me! Thx Lisa

I called this cvs at 6:00 pm to confirm two prescriptions. I provided my insurance information. I was told one rx was ready and the other would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived at the CVSbat 7:15 and waited until 8:15 for my rx. They couldn't find my name, then they lost the rx, and I think she took a break at some point. Totally unprofessional. Will NEVER return.

I am a patient that was discharged from STJ south hospital for a surgery and needed my prescriptions right away. I am in so much pain. I was discharged at 12:45 pm where I then went directly to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine as I really needed it and the hospital staff nurse said they would send the scripts electronically because then it would be ready soon. Getting to the pharmacy took maybe 10 minutes. As we arrived to the drive thru the male technician asked us to come back in another hour and that they should be ready at that time. When we came back in an hour at 2:00 pm the prescriptions were still being worked on and we were asked to wait a little longer and wait for a text. Well it’s 2:30 now and still no medication or text so my boyfriend went inside to get an update and now he is being told to wait another 30 minutes as they are being worked on still. I am really disappointed and will definitely switch locations from now on. This drew the line for me. I finally got my medicine at 3:00 pm. I am very disappointed and frustrated I should’ve been home recovering a while ago. I am never coming back to this location again. I hope they fix this problem for others because if not I’m sure I’m not the first or last patient/customer to be upset about the wait & miscommunication and I don’t wish this on anybody.
