I gave my trimmer to them under a warranty they cover for Ego. That was over 6 months ago. Called several times and they've done nothing but call the company once to ask if the unit will be replaced or the motor. They didn't get an answer and they stopped trying. I hear CR Yardworks has good service but certainly haven't experienced it. Thanks for the reply. Maybe you can call them again??
