The food and the pastries here are delicious. They can get busy some times. Last time we went, there was a long wait and my food came out while we were waiting for the other dish to arrive. We eventually gave up and canceled the other dish. However, today we went again and the food was great. The empanadas and the chicken pies were delicious. The guava triangles were amazing!! Nice cafe spot with great food.

This is one of the best coffee shops in the area, service is always great with a smile. Owner is mostly in the store and engaged with customer, making sure that everything is a great experience, he also shows pride and confidence on their product. The food is very fresh, with good quality and flavorful. Prices are good especially when they use the best ingredients and make most of the items in store. The location is very welcoming and is perfect to relax and have some coffee while doing homework or working at the computer. I highly recommend this place.
If you want FRESH Colombian coffee then THIS is your place!! They have the beans shipped directly and ground them fresh upon arrival! Let’s not talk about the pastries! Melt in your mouth!! The cafe has a very accommodating size for visitors wanting to grab/go or to sit/hang for a while. I truly recommend this cafe! You will thoroughly enjoy your visit! Plus the best part, is the staff, very courteous and knowledgeable on the history of the items they serve! Again, your new favorite cafe is Cali Cafe!!
Came here for Easter dessert, and yum! Fantastic, friendly service and terrific pastries. Great coffee, caramel cake, vanilla flan, chocolate croissant, chocolate mousse cake, and profiterole. They even threw in some traditional coconut cookies, also yummy! There were 4 of us- I didn’t eat it all myself, I swear (but I wanted to). The staff are Spanish and English speaking, super friendly and fluent in both. Will definitely be back.
I’m literally obsessed with this place. My family and I have made it a ritual on Sundays to meet here for some coffee and Colombian pastries. Staff are amazing and the food is just as good. The atmosphere is inviting. And a lot of the times the boss will sit with you, have an interesting coversation about anything, and make you feel right at home. Every chance I get, I bring my family and friends who are new to the area, so they can sit and enjoy the experience.
When you think of Cuban sandwich i think of Tampa. I am born and raised in Tampa and had pretty much every Cuban food around. Cali Cafe has my vote. Light and full of flavor with a homemade bread baked daily. Everything about this sandwich is awesome. It is definitely a traditionally made delicious sandwich made right here in my backyard.
Have been to cali Cafe a couple times now and they have been amazing both times. Very good food and coffee served by employees that care. Great way to start the day!
