Ordered the party bundle on burger kings mobile app. When I got to drive threw to pick up my order I was informed that they were not honoring the coupon anymore and refused to fill my order. Manager on duty was completely rude and did not care that the order was placed and payed for on THIER website. Every item listed in the coupon was items that they carry and were able to make but just refused. Completely horrible service.

How's this even supposed to be considered acceptable? Did not ask for well done or borderline burnt....staff/management is severely lacking common sense in the quality department...
BK @ Fort St/Sibley I was working in the area, needed lunch. Lately, I've had cravings for the flamed broiled taste! I didn't think I'd find a BK nearby, trustee Google search directed me here. Impossible Whopper - yum Made fresh! Fries hot! Just as I requested... Fry grease needs to be changed though, these were too crispy and browned!! (Also I do wish the BK franchise would upgrade fr hard, small cut up pieces of iceberg to shredded at least--sick of lettuce falling out every where and perhaps it will taste better?!
Forgot my fries had to drive back and before I left I had to remind them I had 2 pops.
Whopper Jr added bacon... this is what we get. This place needs help.
