We have had good experiences with Boost in the past but this location really stood out. The store was clean and well organized. Armando really made our experience great. He was friendly a d personable. He took time to go over what we wanted in a phone and helped us make the best choi e. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us make the right choice, not just selling us the most expensive, new phone. Be helped us begining to end and we left with two new phones we are happy with.

I've been a customer for some years now. Decided to Boost up. Customer rep was new. Didn't explain a lot or ask if I wanted the insurance, he just added it anyway. When he called in to activate new phone, he was very unprofessional and cussing out the guy on other end. Charged me 150.00 in store and then they limited my service next day until I paid another 38.00.

I was dreading switching carriers and getting a new phone. Your associate, Anais R.(based on my receipt) made this the easiest process I ever had. There was even 3 other customers that walked in and she took care of everyone in such a flawless manner without making me wait any extra time. She was beyond helpful as well.
