I recently purchased an eel. At first I was skeptic. I never bought a fish online. I live in california and It was going to be shipped from Florida. Let me Tell you, when it arrived the Eel was swimming and healthy. David is very professional and runs a great business.

I read some of the negative posts and have to say to be fair the last and only time I used Bluegrass was 10 years ago only because I've only had little need to reorder. I bought over 300.00 worth of fish at that time and was pleased, my only issue was my 20 Demasoni's grew huge lips and a large bump on their head before dying this was probably a year after I got them. I think I just got a batch of bad genetics because all my other fish lived healthy long lives, I still have descendants from my Rustys and yellow labs and 2 of my 5 Synodontis Petricola are still alive and well. Bluegrass in my opinion is a top notch breeder/seller but they can't control the genetics of some of the fish they receive no one out there goes 100% but these guys get close.
