This particular store is not a good one. After my car sat immersed in 32 inches of water from eta due to bullfrog creek flooding, I tried to return a comforter set. Since the receipt which was still in the car was destroyed along with everything else in it, it was no longer available. I tired in vain to explain to the slack jawed power hungry cashier what happened, and she claimed that by store policy I could only get store credit - even though my bealls rewards account would clearly show the date of purchase and purchase price. Before deciding to never shop at a Bealls ever again, I went down to the Sun City Center location and asked to speak with a supervisor there. I was quickly informed that the cashier in Riverview was misinformed. She indeed pulled up my account and saw the date and amount of purchase - including my other transactions, and she refunded my money. Let this be a lesson to all ; some twenty-something minimum wage cashier claiming something is true is about as trustworthy as wikipedia sometimes. I'm so glad that I followed up at Sun City Center before I eliminated Bealls for life. On another note, this location has very little compared to Sun City or the Brandon location. They just don't seem to get much in. You'll find far more variety at the other locations, and in general, you'll surely get better customer service. Note: Please keep in mind that rules (if they are in fact rules) are rules for a reason and we must typically abide by them, but some situations merit flexibility. Do you tell a man having a heart attack not to collapse in the handicapped parking space? A cashier should always show discretion, and if in question should consult a manager or supervisor before alienating a customer. Thank you.
They need to keep up with clothing look..This store should say have only old people clothing..Nothing for younger or kids..They can do better.I seen better.but not lately.WASTE OF TIME LOOKING AROUND.

Store clean but omg the cashier closer than a sloth, and she had no space on the counter, I had to suggest for her to began bagging my items.... other than that the place is great
