This is the best independent PC Sales and Service firm I have done business with in the past 20 years. The current owner purchased the company many years ago and restored its name to good standing by being competent, honest and charging fair prices for hardware, software and services rendered. The owner is also the primary working tech. He is not the most demonstrative person and has a dry sense of humor. Don't be put off by this if you are the gregarious type. If you want your stuff fixed/modified/upgraded right the first time, go here. Just be very clear in describing what ails your PC and/or what you want done. You will likely become a repeat customer as I have. I have no financial interest in this business nor am I related to or a friend of the owner.

Awful service. Had a small time slot today to come pick up and did not feel welcomed because he was \eating his lunch\. Lock the door if you don't want customers coming in. Didn't seem to want to help after I paid him. Definitely not coming back.
I took my computer in not having any expectations that it could be repaired. I had been having problems for some time and getting progressively worse. The tech not only fixed all of the problems, but tune it up. The computer its actually faster than when initially purchased. I usually don't leave extensive reviews, but I feel the computer repair shop is worth it!!
Absolutely would recommend. The owner was courteous and very knowledgeable. Purchased a computer to replace a failed one and everything was done faster than promised and exactly as agreed upon. I rarely leave a review and only when I feel the experience and service level has been above and beyond what was expected. Will be using Alafia Computers from now on.
I’ve had an issue with my laptop for a year and kept getting the runaround from the big store I bought it from and the manufacturer. A friend recommended Alafia Computers and I couldn’t be happier! My computer issue is completely fixed, quickly to boot, and the cost was way less than I would’ve anticipated. Seriously, I cannot explain how grateful I am. You can’t go wrong having them take a look at your computer.
