My computer had been running really slow in spite of increasing my internet speed through my provider and running every virus scan I could think of. I contacted AD Aussies Computers since they're local and explained to Jim what was going on with my computer. He picked my laptop up that evening and by the next day he had it running 100% faster. Jim was friendly yet informative--explaining everything that he did to clean up my system, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me while also offering us a really great rate for services. AD Aussies Computers is heads and tails above geek squad in terms of customer service and quality work. I was incredibly impressed with this entire experience from start to finish. Hopefully my laptop will work like a charm for quite some time now, however, it's nice to know I can find good local help if I do need it down the road. 5/5 stars for sure.
