When Cliff was Manager things ran smooth , my Payment was due at Close of Friday and I forgot to make Payment ,at 8:18 On Saturday Morning I was rudely woke up to telllme I was late on my Payment when I tried to call back my call was not answered , Eddie the new Mananger is a very nasty rude Manager and human and I will never shop.Aarons again I have had 4 accounts over the years and was in such goid standing when I bought my last item and Cliff told us togo and hook up our TV and he would see ius un 6 weeks with no money down , I have filed a Complaint with Aarins Corp. iffice , what realky bothers me is if Eddie is that Nasty with me and I am a string 62 year old how bad he treats people who dont them allowed to be run over
As long as Ed works for Arron's I will never shop at any Arron's store. This is after I was a top notch customer for over ten years with over 20 paid off contracts.
I recently purchased a sectional from the Riverview Florida branch location and at the sale ordered a bedroom suit that the manager Ron told me he would make sure we had before my anniversary date which was Aug 6th. Here it is Sept 8th and not only do I not have my bedroom suite but we are getting a run around on this and being told Covid as an ongoing excuse. Well first off don’t tell someone you will have something for them and over 6 weeks later still do not have. I’m not pleased about this as I’m a store manager for a roofing company and I understand the Covid issue but it should never take this long and when you tell someone you will call them back we shouldn’t have to keep calling them to follow up on our order. I’m just guessing we don’t matter that much to your company! Usually Aaron’s has been great to work with but this so far has really turned me off from telling anyone its a great place to purchase from. All I’m asking is to get my bedroom suite my wife picked out for our anniversary a month ago. Can someone help me with that or do I need to go elsewhere to get what she wants?

Aaron's pricing is great when you need home decor, furniture, electronics ECT..Ed the store manager and his team are great. You lease to own the product, not just renting. Aaron's work with you and have a plan for anyone. I own now all of my electronics and bedding. Professional and great service at Aaron's in Riverview, FL. I've leased from The state of TN and FL.
The manager Eddie is rude and so unprofessional. I am a active duty veteran and the amount of disrespect that I have received from this manager has been unbelievable. I am passing the word around about how bad of an experience I have had at this location. There are so many better options in the area.
