Absolutely the worst moving experience to date. Our military contracted moving company. They are absolutely the most disorganized, unprofessional group we have ever had to deal with. At this moment 1340 on the date they are supposed to be loading our household goods, they are still trying to find the truck & driver that no one seems to take responsibility for scheduling. Oh our POC, Dana Dodge? Well she can't be reached because she is on vacation. The loaders (another 3rd party) showed up this morning but no one at ATS Anderson Trucking Company bothered to show up. So here we are 4 kids, a house full of boxes, a VA inspector showing up in 25 minutes expecting an empty home and No one has called back with any answers. From Katelyn, Lashonda, kay, Dana, crystal. Not one of them has an answer but all of them have promised to call back with one... well here we are, 1345 and nothing.
