Chelsea is very confident and confident at her skill. She worked with me in hand picking my custom color (box by box). She even did the whole process of lifting out the teal color deposit, neutralizing, and applying the new color. No fuss. No tiptoeing. She took just as long as she said it would (a couple hours) which was significantly less than everywhere else was quoting (a couple visits). Definitely pleased with the outcome!
