K.R. Siding did a seamless job on both our siding repairs and full gutter and downspout replacement. They worked quickly and accomplished the seemingly impossible on a few of the requested repairs. They were so dedicated to making everything perfect that they made a second trip out to adjust gutter placement to meet our expectations. I recommend them fully for your siding and gutter needs!
They are great! We ordered gutter installation and they came quickly and were finished in no time at all. Gerardo, did a fantastic job! They are very patient and answered my questions and calls promptly.
They scheduled quickly, and the work looks good. The installer was a little late, so I called and was told that he was set back from the sprinkler store that was busy. They called me back and let me know he was on his way. I had to go to work, so it was great that I did not have to stay. 4 stairs only because there was a lot of mud/sand left behind - probably from build up in the rain gutter he replaced, but that may be normal for doing that...this was the first time I have had them cleaned. Also because he was 30 min late...but only because the sprinkler store was busy....so all-in-all, they were awesome to work with
KR Siding was professional from the estimate through instillation and billing. They let us know in advance when they would be able to start and they stayed with the schedule. They offered great suggestions for how to finish off certain areas and they turned out great. They did a great job.
Horrible installation! Just go with another company. I questioned them asked "Why would they run the down pipe on the concrete when the grass in 3 feet away?" After a heated exchange over the phone with Kent the adjustment manager. Hi Kent remember me? The one you told "I was stupid and go read my contact?" Why would I collect a bunch of roof water just to splash back onto the concrete? Run it in the grass COMMON SENSE Oh he said that's more money or better yet go to Home Depot and finish it myself. I'm posting on every review bud just like I promised. You earned it. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND WASTE OF MONEY. IT WAS SO BAD IM PAYING THEM AND THEN TURNING AROUND TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO WHATS RIGHT.
We had a great experience with K.R. Siding. From the initial call to the bid to the followup to the install these folks were very professional. When a mistake was made on a fascia color, there were no questions asked and the wrong color was removed and the correct installed before the end of the day. The soffit, fascia and rain gutters look great! I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again in the future should I need more work done.
High standards, on-time, on-budget, excellent job. Highly recommend.
