Worst estate agent I've ever come across.

Rented a property through Starr Partners. We were promised the world when we signed up, then had trouble getting minor problems fixed. Communication was horrific with emails going unanswered for months. They tried to make me pay them money for bills that had already been paid. They also wanted to do home inspections with prospective renters during COVID with no safety plan in place. STEER CLEAR!
Thank you to John and Fiona for pushing the boundaries for the sale of our family home. They promised to get the best price and they didn't stop until it was done. We are so grateful for all your hard work! Thank you!!!
Absolutely unprofessional and disloyal. Will also try eat your money. Beware and try to stay away from these cheats...
When asked by the only relative of a family friend who passed away suddenly December 2018 to be her Power of Attorney as she returning back to England I was charged with collating, clearing, cleaning & selling all of his possessions which included a property with house & shed at Riverstone. Due the owners sickness before his passing the property required work & that was just to make appear presentable for a sale. I had three agents come to appraise the property & when it came to choosing an agent it was without doubt one of the easiest decisions I had to make, if not the easiest of all my decision, by appointing John Kelly from Starr Partners Real Estate as the agent to sell the property. Property went on sale Saturday May 11 2019. There was a 'holding' deposit made June 3 & a 10% June 12. Due to legal technicalities the property wasn't settled until Sept 5 2019 yet John was able to communicate between all parties for that time which was no mean feat as it was frustrating time for all concerned. Also, as Sat May 18 was a federal election real estate was not a priority for people yet John still sold the property within that 3 week period! Bottom line for me, & the person I was representing, was that John Kelly from Starr Partners Riverstone was the perfect real estate agent choice for us & I would recommend him 100%.
As soon as we signed the contract and deposit was paid they became very un helpful promises they had made were not kept. I went and collected the keys on a very dirty keychain not even a congratulations or a Nice new Star partners Keychain. To be honest It really put a sour note on my first home purchase. I’ve been in the property for just over 12 months now and haven’t heard anything or received anything from them. on a better note I did receive a eight year congratulations calendar from the previous owners Real Estate agent who they bought the property from. It was Australian Real Estate network at Quakers Hill ,When I go to rent my house out in 12 months I will be going to them for sure.
As rental property agents this business is terrible For three years they would call on the day of inspection to confirm they’re coming but only once we received prior notification , constantly asking to confirm contact details and still no prior warning They advised to carry out repairs on pre existing damage prior to tenancy and the landlord advised none were required and no contact had been made to confirm work supposedly required When returning keys at the end of the tenancy the property managers wouldn’t even come to carry out the handover , instead insisted thier new receptionist who knew little about the process and barked orders at her from behind the wall !! Not a great experience and all factual information
One of the worst experiences. Once sold, they didn't care anymore. Never recommend this one.
