Lived and passed by this all my life (34 years) and never knew it was there. That’s not right, it’s the cities history; every local should know.

The Trujillo Adobe was purchased by Robert and JoAnn Conner Dreesen, the niece of Charles Trujillo. It was donated to be preserved as a historical monument and to commemorate the historical passion of Robert Dreesen, Jr., who died on May 29, 1975. How sad that it has been allowed to deteriorate and that the original dedication plaque, honoring my husband, has been removed.
Too bad the area is being surrounded by semi-truck companies. Riverside should take more notice of their historical sites.
Waited 15 min for 1 order and they still got it wrong.
Pretty interesting place to take kids
Not much to see here besides the plaque, best read the Wikipedia article and drive by for a visit.
The first actual home after living in a cave.
Hope Riverside will restore/save this historical Adobe home. ???
