If you are still searching for the right pool company to remodel or renovate your pool, STOP! You have stumbled upon the best pool company with Trinity Custom Pools and Dave in my humble opinion. My pool had been empty for two years and only getting worse as time passed. I originally attempted to call several pool companies and either never received a call back or they were no show appointments for viewing my pool and giving me a quote. The pool companies that did show up to bid on renovating my pool were giving me quotes from low end of the scale to the high end and I was not feeling comfortable or confident with any of them! They seemed to have a set script and weren't listening to what I wanted. So I let time pass hoping I would find someone who would give me a reasonable quote and who I felt would actually do what they say they would do and not make excuses if something went wrong. I was talking to a friend about my dilemma and he gave me a very strong recommendation to call Trinity Custom Pools and schedule an appointment with Dave! Dave showed up looked at my sorry looking pool and asked what I wanted to have done to it. Two hours later he gave me a verbal quote and said to call him when I was ready to start and I'd get the contract at that time. I called him a few weeks later and set up the schedule. He worked with me to have the schedule work with my previous commitments. It turned out beautiful! Better than I expected. Dave was here through the whole project making sure each step met with my approval. No it exceeded it !!!! I am so happy with how it turned out. Called my friend and thanked him for the wonderful advise. Now go ahead and give Trinity Custom Pools a call. I'm sure glad I did!
Trinity pools is great and Dave is absolutely amazing and a pleasure to do business with. He got straight to the point and made me feel safe doing business with him. I had gotten multiple quotes (7) and he was the only one that didn’t try and up charge me for things that come standard when remodeling a pool. He always returned my calls quickly and answered any(even pretty dumb) questions me or my family had. This is our first pool and our first remodel and I’m glad that we had Dave and trinity pools on our side. The pool looks and feels great and definitely exceeded our expectations when it came to the results and the smoothness of the whole process. 10/10 would recommend.
We have enjoyed our pool for a year already. Thier staff was fantastic. They brought our pool back to life. It looks great and has been fun for our family and friends. It really has helped my exercise program. They give good choices and qualitt products. Price was fair. Thank you
