After obtaining multiple estimates my husband and I decided to go with Thompson Roofing for our re-roof. The owner Gary was professional and easy to talk to. Gary and his team completed the job in the estimated time frame, they were always on time, quality work, did an excellent cleanup and the price was fair. I would highly recommend.

While most other roofers weren't picking up their phones, Thompson Roofing answered and Gary came out that morning to give an estimate on my newly leaking roof. Not only did he arrive early but he gave the best estimate and didn't try to add other unnecessary work that other roofers falsely said needed to be done just to pad their wallet. He came back the next day to do the work, found and repaired the source of the leak, replaced other missing tiles, and did a great job. Thanks, Gary!
Gary came out to my house on a Sunday. I’m sure he’s very busy since it’s raining season. I would refer this company to all my friends and family.
My roof had a leak and the wood was rotted two feet around the leak. I told Thompson Roofers by phone that I only wanted the section of roof re-papered that included the leak in the roof. Gary Thompson (company owner) came out and surveyed my garage roof. He immediately walked that part of the roof and 3 times lifted up tiles (we have a tile roof) to check the paper condition. When I told him I only wanted the section of roof that included the leak, he responded with, "Why re-paper the whole section of roof? The paper is still good. Let's just re-paper 6 feet around the leak" and he gave me the bid of 500. The 500 bid was 2500 less than the next bidder (Triangle Roofing) that wanted to replace all of the paper of that section of the roof. Today Gary came out with one helper and three hours later had replaced all of the rotted wood and eves involved and re-papered the whole area of roof 6 feet around the leak. He wrote out the warranty with the warranty of no leaks for a year. I watched everything Gary did and was very impressed that he really did take pride in his work. I will have to assume at this point that my roof will not leak (no rain yet). I really like that he lifted tiles around the roof to check the paper condition and gave me a much cheaper option based on the actual condition of the existing paper. The other roofing company that had bid, never checked the paper condition. I liked what I saw and definitely will hire Thompson Roofing for any roof problems I have in the future!
