This is the BEST customer service experience ive ever received! Nordstrom & Costco both have 2 of the best customer service out there until I experienced this with TIFFANY the Mgr and the BEST customer service rep I've ever met in the retail industry...from the beginning of my shopping via online until I went into her store personally! She helped me with a friend's anniversary gift from engraving all the way to checking up wether my friends received it because it showed delivery already and if did they like it? I ended up calling her up and ordered 3 more times for different friends! She had it shipped and followed up if all went ok! Again the best EVER in the industry! She's a great candidate as a facilitator or trainer or as a customer service rep for any company out there needing to increase their SALES & PROFIT margins!!! Shop with TIFFANY @Things Remembered in Riverside for any occasion if you want to be a HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! Even if you want an online order no matter where you live she will help you with the Company's website with your order!!! Corporate you need to REWARD TIFFANY with a RAISE ..im a very happy and returning soon customer!
Went into the store just to ask a couple questions on a purchased I made a couple months ago and I had the pleasure of talking to store manager in training and I hope she gets to keep the position! Unfortunately I was not able to remember her name but if she is the manager I know she will have great employees if they are all as helpful as her!!
Bought 4 identical bracelets all with engraving for Christmas gifts to remember a friend that passed away suddenly in December and 2 of them broke and they would not do anything to help me out...they both broke in the same spot so I explained to them it was a malfunction with the bracelets and they would do absolutely nothing for me, the engraved part was slowly disappearing on 2 bracelets as well...they said I had to buy new ones at the same price no discount at least...they didn't even look at them they pushed me away and basically said if you buy something from us "oh well" buy at own risk....never again...horrible customer service..go to a regular jeweler...huge mistake...buy at your own risk...
I went in to get my item engraved at the tyler mall in Riverside Ca and the employee Tiff was so rude. Customer service is extremely important and she made my husband and I very uncomfortable during our entire visit. She was about to engrave my item without me choosing the font. I had to stop her and ask. Then when i was browsing through she rudely grabbed the book and told me no not those fonts. (I was just looking to see the other engraving services offered..) There was so much more that went on, i was so dissatisfied.
