Went to check on an additional phone for my account. Staff was quick and helpful and answered my questions quickly and throughly. They have by far the best prices if you have internet as well.
Made me wait for a replacement remote for 45 mins I had to go out up to the desk and tell them..... associates were on their phone on the floor and didn't want to help me
I went to spectrum to return all my equipment I could not afford a 160 a month payment to them for Hone Phone service, Internet connection in TV... They were Efficient at returning my equipment to them.

We been a long Spectrum customers.. The customer service and overall experience has gotten lot better.. with the merger we had few issues but all better now
Internet service goes in and out of service quite often. 3rd Day in a row that it's gone out at some point in the day. Not reliable. Then they force you to rent their modem. Great way to increase income for the business but not so great for the customer.
