Had to tell a you a was great experience!! The owners real care about her staff and workers this is truly a small business that cares way in above and beyond . .do not buy a spa cover from anywhere else or halfway across the country or from Canada if you live anywhere on the west coast. Received it with no damage i also ordered a spa shelf to protect it from hitting the ground that was really easy ..My advice contact this company a... true small family business that cares.....
Excellent company and excellent product. I ordered a new cover from them several weeks ago. It was priced competitively and is really well made. The problem is that the shipping company poked a hole in it on delivery. So, they just made and sent me another one. They are battling with the shipping company over responsibility but told me that wasn't my problem and immediately made it right and built and sent me another one. Pretty cool and great company. They even managed to build me a new custom cover not once but twice during the COVID-19 shutdown. Highly recommended, family company that stands behind their product.
