The salesperon is Great. The manufacturer Flexsteele is the worse Sofa company I know. Never buy from them. Products come from China and are no longer American made.

Custom order. Items as promised. Jesse went out of his way to deliver them as fast as possible. When a motor locked up he made a special trip to pick up and return the chair for repairs. Keeps his word and shows up on time.
