Very cool how they operate. You can just put money down. So if you owe 98, you can put 20 or forty on it and let it sit for a couple months.
Ok, it seems they are looking more and more to find additional revenues, by charging us for things that we already paid for in previous years. (Ie; Insurance for gas lines and service)
