Great place to take your stuff to get dry cleaned. Very reasonably priced. Never lost or damaged anything. And the clothes are always on time.
I love this place. Kind, sweet, accommodating, Friendly. Can't ask for more. I just left and feel so good about their abilities to do a good job. Have not even picked up my dresses yet. But, from all the other reviews I have no doubt they would do an excellent job. Will update later.
I've recently needed services from a different establishment for slacks, as the prior dry cleaners prices I used seem to be inconsistent. Anyways Sams has Exceptionally friendly people, the are happy and feed out good vibes, the prices are definitely appreciated and reason I gave them a try. Great customer service I'm all about that! Needed my daughters Prom dress to be pressed had lots of wrinkles went to different cleaners in Rancho Cucamonga and they couldn't guarantee a wrinkle free dress so I work in Riverside decided to Google and found this cleaner went base on the reviews. I got to the cleaners Thursday morning and I asked the owner which he was so nice and wanted my business can u do the job and give me a wrinkle free dress by Friday and I made sure he knew it was a important dress my daughters Prom dress he said of course I can I said great. I picked it up on Friday and wow the dress looked great very very satisfied got home my daughter was very happy with the results. I have found my cleaner spot I recommend this his place!
I have been to 5 different cleaners in Riverside but felt compelled to write this review because these people have the best prices in town and quality service. It feels like inflation never happened here.
Great service and quick turn around! You can't beat the price or the customer service!
Had missing clothing from my order tried to call and get ahold of someone and nothing. Will never come back to this place
