Ralph Duarte was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me through the whole process and continually updated me on how everything was going. writing a review is a waste of time on here no one will read it or listen. this office is a complete waste of time money and effort they do barely anything to help Veterans be prepared to not have any of your questions answered but only more questions. they treat Veterans as an inconvenience. and when you reach out the director for help you can expect that it will fall on deaf ears. Going to this office is just like going to your S-1 back in the military.
