Received flowers for my birthday from Ricky's for my birthday. I received on a Saturday and by Monday, some of the flowers were wilting. Call on Monday, but was a holiday. Got a call on Tues to try to resolve problem. Long story short, Lori was very rude, accused me of trying to get free flowers. Very poor customer service. So upset, I returned flowers back to the shop with no refund. She said I don't have to shop with her anymore. VERY RUDE treatment from LORI! Believe me I won't!
