This place is great. Always clean and quiet. 2 must haves for a storage facility. You know how important that is if you’ve ever rented a storage from anywhere before! Thanks for all of your help Lori. I will be recommending this place to any friends and family in need. Oh and the young man that works there is very helpful as well!

Tommy is such a helpful and polite young man. He took the time out of his day to walk me to each and every available size to make sure I was getting the exact size I need. You just do not get customer service like that these days. Highly recommend this place
We have had a storage unit here since 2016 at this location and going in to 2021 I gotta say the service is been great A, please make sure you talk to Lori she will take care of you, I'll continue to do business for as long as I need the space, I'm a local riverside resident and I recommend this place for any of your storage needs.

I'm hurt that they would let someone who didn't have the right to take someone stuff out storage. I lost pictures that can't be replaced and they are ok with that and looking the other way and yes I'm talking about the manager. To the assistant manager thank for calling me and following your company's policy. I was able to get my parents dresser because of your kindness I wish I remember your name God bless you sir.
