I called and talked to Christine the manager regarding a shirt I purchased on 12-18-20. I haven't received any phone calls or anything regarding my shirt. She was not listening, talking back, lied and hanged up on me. I was upset. I called back, told her I was going to file a complaint. She said she was going to check on it. She calls me back and she says that 511 has it on back order and that It could be here tomorrow or in a month. I said OK I'll call to check up on it. She said well if you call back and give my staff an attitude I will tell them to hang up. I told her how do you want people to act when they pay full price and you're not helping them. She said you know what I'm just going to give you a refund and I don't want you back here or I'll call the police.. I was like WHAT! That's crazy. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner or her supervisor. She gave me the same number and an extension 414 and a name of Shawn. I called and left a message. Can someone please help me with finding the right person to file or speak to. Thanks Update. SHAWN CALLED BACK. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ADVISED HE WAS GOING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. Finally 02--08-21 I got my shirt.

Unfortunately my department has a purchase order with P&P and I have no choice in the matter because they ALWAYS mess up my uniform orders. The service is slow and they never seem to have items in stock. Clerks there seem young, inexperienced and inept. Avoid patronizing this business if you can but if you're like me and have to deal with them, call frequently to inquire about orders and double check your items on pick up.

I noticed that they did not provide me everything that I purchased. I called them and they took forever to get back to me. Then they just said well there is nothing we can do so have a great day! Intelligence spews out of this store man.
