LIVE SCANS YES!!\ Just called and was very happy to find THIS Postal Annex store is still doing Live Scans. (Some are not, as well as the Sheriff Dept. Offices, due to the Covid-19.) The young man who helped me out on the phone was very helpful and polite! I will be going there soon for my full background check - required for a new job I am applying for!

Smily people that can turn rude very quickly. Unprofessional manager, mixed up my mail into other peoples PO boxes several times, no apology, but quick to rise fees. Have taking my business elsewhere.

They lost my packages, terrible management! Refused all responsibility, cost me loss and tons of hassle, reported to Better Business Bureau.

Was told at opening that the package drop off bin was full by the very unprofessional manager who then told me package drop off was only available for PO box holders at this location. Never had this issue in years that I've been coming here and will be taking my business elsewhere.
