Paythepoolman is a good system and takes steps to improve it consistently. They take the feedback we give them and actually implement most things over time. It's getting cleaner to use and everyone we have had a question they respond quick. Had this for my business PrimaryPoolsLLC for about a year now. Awesome billing app and so so much more I am able to keep customers Information like gate codes, pool chemical readings, and get paid right from the app. This makes it so much easier to not worry about remembering about billing customers because I can do it instantly from my phone.

To not have to mess with the complexity of Quickbooks type programs but rather something streamlined BY a pool service specialist just for pool service companies!
