We have been working with Mr. Nozzle for years and find them meeting all of our business needs. Competitive prices, inventory on-hand, breadth of product line and very helpful. More often than not, we order products and pick up the same day when we know we'll be in the area.

Called Mr Nozzle to obtain some information about their suppliers and where could i purchase some of their 50' orange vacuum hose. i own 3 carwashes and came across their line of products. The owner Johnny answered the phone and wasn't helpful at all, he try to direct me to a couple of suppliers that refuse to order or sell much of his products. Johnny was very arrogant and definitely lacks of customer service skills, he proceeded to tell me that he didn't mind if i buy his products or not. I decided to call a company call DULTMEIER i met during my visit in chicago to the international car wash show and their customer service staff was very accomodating and professional. If you're in the market for detailing and car wash products , please check them out and dont waste a phone call to MR NOZZLE.
