Great school and great teachers you should go there it is just amazing it is a lot of fun for the kids you should take them there.
the last 2/3 years my child has had lice 9 times. Parents are sending their kids to school knowing they have live and just not saying anything. I know of several students who have been and are attending school that have it. I have been fighting up against a \privacy\ policy in regards to head checks at schools. Because some parents become offended if their kids head is checked now my child is suffering. We have put so many chemicals on her scalp including Malathion. this is beyond a bug this is now affecting her health. Please help me fight to bring back mandatory lice checks twice a year and schoolwide notification during an outbreak to give parents a heads up. This is happening in all the schools not just here. CVS has said they have been selling more than usual lice products. I went to three stores one day and could only find two bottles of the shampoo. It's happened and no one's telling. Email and call the district and the schools PLEASE.
This school has NO idea how to communicate with parents! Multiple occasions I have been led astray. At their 5th to 6th grade orientation at this school they went into \detail\ about there being an orientation at villegas middle school to help parents and kids transition.....me AND my kids dad screen shot the info on their board and it was the WRONG date!!!!! I have to ask for time off in advance and I have now missed this orientation which really upsets me! The office has no clue when half time ends! Seriously!? And they failed to communicate where to drop them off and pick them up for their half time program. I was late getting back from lunch after picking my kids up because I was apparently waiting in the wrong area! And I wasn't the only one......I'm so fed up with this school and their lack of communication.
