Only one person at exit gate. Lane is packed for 45 minutes. Gate itself doesn't work. Security checks out 2 cars, walking slowly to the car, which is blocking exit, letting those 2 cars out, and blocks a traffic for another 2. What a mess! Manager here is most likely a d***- should be replaced immediately. This is very unprofessional facility!!! Takes more than an hour to get a car out.

Manheim Riverside is a pretty good Manheim facility. The only downside to this auction facility is the fellow dealers. They aren't the best class of people. I'm not a huge fan of them. The staff are great though. I appreciate them. They're great people. They are the reason I keep coming back to Manheim Riverside. I will be back again. Mask on of course. Thank you Manheim.
It's a very very big place with multiple gates but a very professional, helpful and friendly staff.
Manheim has all the greatest and lastest vehicles for sale. Although due to co-vid 19 all sales are currently virtual/on-line sales.
