The Customer service here is still top notch. Our young lady at the fragrance section really took the time to help my wife and my guest out. It is very clean and organized. I'm glad to see that Macy's has once again survived an economic turbulence. Cheers and GOD Bless!!

This is a great department store, with so many items it is hard to see in one day
In recent years I’ve noticed I rarely find what I like. Different locations have different inventory at times and your experience depends on employees in each location. There’s usually good deals going on in make up stations.
I love the customer service experience. They texted me saying that my rewards were going to expire soon. Everyone there is helpful I bought two diffrent cologne and one perfume for the wife. I saved over 170.00 with my rewards.
Nice location. The handbag department is set up nicely. Staff is very knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. I gave four out of five stars because this location does not have a very good shoe department as far as selection. Hard to find someone to ring you up unless you circle back to the back of the store.
I really appreciate Alecia Madrigal from Impulse Counter at Macy’s in Riverside CA. Today I was looking for the best eyelash curlers and Alecia was honest and direct. She told me of the best reviewed curlers. When she found that there weren’t any in stock she went the extra mile to order them online for me. Thank you for your exceptional customer service skills Alecia.

I love Macy’s. I have been going to Macy’s stores for over 25 years. I just love the selection, service, and brands. Prices are ok and the coupons are nice too. The pick up option for online orders is great. Curbside pick yo is what I use most of the time. I’m a forever customer.
