Heather was amazing - so knowledgeable and so efficient! She guided us from start to finish and ensured our move went as smooth as possible. Cant' say enough wonderful things about Heather. As long as she's there, this place will run like clockwork. Easy freeway access and great hours too. Highly recommend this storage facility!!!

I moved from another storage facility. In which I had a terrible experience . After looking at several storage places we found this one. Heather made me feel comfortable. I can’t thank Heather enough for making this transition so smooth. Heather is friendly and very professional, she was able to work around my schedule to allow me to use the moving truck; which really helped with my busy schedule , to me that was very nice and convenient touch , the units are clean, they have cameras and they are constantly checking who comes in and out. If you want a secure place for you property this is it. Thank you Heather for being so kind and accommodating .

I rented the storage as a favor to a friend of mine. Therefore I was on the storage primises only twice (move in and move out). The storage is very well kept and the staff is polite and helpful.

Horrible experience..place has poor service and poor security..and when i gave them 10 day notice my clean out day was on a holiday- they are closed holidays so i arranged to pick up stuff the following day with manager nothing was said about having to pay an extra fee so i was shocked when two weeks later the manager threatened to file it with collection agency if i didn't pay the 21.00 dollar day fee. Be warmed the place is shady.
