I initially went to the lapcorp on Heacock as it has been the only one I have gone to in the years. Well, when I had arrived.. it was closed for lunch but also the lobby was packed! So I looked at my paperwork to see if we possibly had another location in Moreno Valley. It showed this location in the Walgreens. I have to say, I was a bit nervous that it was going to be as packed as well but it wasn’t. They have an electronic sign in that was super easy and fast. Within a few minutes, my name was called. They lady that assisted me was very nice, kind and thorough. I had a pretty significant blood test that needed to be done. Before taking my blood, she took the time to see how many vials was needed and wanted to make sure I was okay with what needed to be done. She also said if I started to feel faint, to let her know or even if I wanted her to stop at anytime, she would. After it was all said and done (12 vials later), she had me sit there with her while I ate my snack and drank my water... just to make sure I was okay. I will definitely be going here from now on to get my blood work done. I can’t thank the lady enough for sincerely making sure I was okay and making me feel comfortable!! ️

I made an apt here for a glucose tolerance test due to my pregnancy. There were only a few people waiting when I got there at 8am. Check-in was easy, they have an electronic scanner for your ID and insurance card. I was called within 5 min so they could tell me **they don't do glucose tolerance here** I was given a paper with 2 other locations that I could go to. I ended up going to Corona and overheard another patient saying the same thing about making an apt and being sent elsewhere. They shouldn't offer that option when making apts, if they don't provide that service. (I believe this is the fault of LabCorps website)... The staff at Walgreens were prompt and kind. I would return if I needed bloodwork or some other tests done.

Girl's in the Lab were Great! I was worried that I was going to be late for work but she was fast. Daughter was not happy about getting her blood drawn at first and that went well too. I would definitely come back. Thanks again.

If they ask for a credit card to authorize an amount... know you are NOT REQUIRED to give one and you can tell them to bill you. I'm frustrated that I didn't question the lies about \having\ to pay a 150 fee that will be refunded in 6-8 weeks. I called corporate and they said it is NOT mandatory and you can request to be billed. Luckily I had my HSA card but for those who do not have that option or don't know, DON'T let these little liars trick you. I'm filing a complaint with LabCorp corporate, Walgreens and every agency I can possibly think of. Smh
