All the positive reviews about Home Instead are all employees. Listen to the reviews that speak the truth. Employees either have low IQs or are very lazy. I asked them to send someone else and yet the same unwanted cg is still here. He comes in at 9 am and by 10 am hes sitting on the couch watching T.V just like the last cg. We need someone to care or clean up after my father. I find myself cleaning up after the cg leaves his mess. I wouldn't trust cg alone with my father.
Home Instead Caregivers were willing to work with my schedule. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and that my husband was well cared for. I will recommend them to others and if I need this type of help again I will use them. Our Caregivers became part of our family.
My mom had Hip Replacement Surgery and then 2 days later ended up in Corona Hospital with the Flu. I live in Texas and I was stressed until I found Home Instead. Myrna was my mom's care taker and she was an Angel. I spoke with Jennifer & Beth in the office and they helped me plan a 10 day in home care for my mom. My mom is doing great now and it is all due to Home Instead & Myrna and there help. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone needing in home care/assistance for their loved ones. There's so much to say about Home Instead Senior Care , I have been honored to be here for the last 8 years starting as a caregiver for about 6 months and my new position now is in Client Care Services.
