the people there are non caring basically just collecting a paycheck ,.... they should put someone professional in there as the staff never answer phone calls , emails , or any messages ,..... complaining to their superiors does no good!!!!! this is how our taxpayer dollars get spent there was recently millions of dollars set aside to help homeless people get housing so they could get back on their feet and start to pay taxes and become productive members of society, but the people working there are not permitting it,..... i guess they are worried about loosing job with the county which are hard to get & get fired from. I have tried to get Carlos Flores, Amanda Young and Alex Sanchez to help , they almost got a friend of mine killed due to their laziness and not showing up to an appointment, (they scheduled mine and his at the same time in different parts of the city. I guess they can be two places at the same time or obviously they never intended to show up from the beginning .....nor have they returned any calls emails or other communications I have sent since I have complained to my federal representatives about ....LETS ALL KICK A DOG WHEN HE IS DOWN !!!!!
