Stupid geek idiots delivered damaged product and want me to return it to store.
I just moved into the area and was having trouble with my computer. I figured Geek Squad could handle it so that is where I went and was pleased with the speed they were able to fix my problem and the politeness they showed me. It felt like I had a connection just like the last place. 5 star for speed, knowledge and politeness.
John was really helpful, unfortunately they are booked almost 4 weeks out!!
Thank you Geek Squad for a wonderful experience today. Fixing my computer remotely was fun. I learned a lot today. Cheers!
