I'm not sure how Covid has impacted Galls, but we dropped our uniforms February 2nd. When we dropped off the uniforms, the gentleman in the front desk would send us a email confirmation of receipt. He did failed to send it when we came back a week later and told us he forgot to do so. Today is February 22nd and there has not been no communication on completing the name embroidery on the uniforms. I call location three times and there is no one who who answers the phone for any customer service. Brother is a police officer and recommended the location but will seek elsewhere when it comes name embroideries next time. Best,

If you need a uniform or any decals done go here! Came in 30 minutes to closing the gentleman working instantly took my shirt back and had it done in less than 5 minutes. I anticipated some form of charge but He gave it to me free of charge. Definitely will use them for future uniform needs:

I want to love this place. I feel like all the employees are really good, they do the best they can with their workload. I always feel like if we have to wait so long they should hire a couple more people.
