They didn't let my money get away like the store next door did!!... sales kid was sarcastically humorous and engaging, knowledgeable enough to rebut any deal killer I may have had..I wanted a phone....i wanted same number..i wanted a case...thats what I got...Fyi....they also repair phones too... in a clandestine looking big boss back room

I asked about buying a Windows phone Describing what I needed it to do and was told by the woman behind the counter they would have it tomorrow. The price was 40 for a used phone with the features I wanted. I was very specific about the programs it needed. Called them the next day and the boss said he had the phone but it was now 50. I don't know if that's a sign of upcoming events or if its a better phone. The phone looks like the one I'm replacing but when I got it home it was much older. The phone cost 50 NEW at Walmart 5 years ago. So having asked them each time we spoke if I could return it if it wouldn't replace my other phone. I asked at ever juncture the same thing. Well they charged me 15 restocking fee. Which is all the phone is worth. Customer Service isn't just a shrug of the shoulders in answer to why I just got boned by them. But that's what I got. Good luck if you go in there for actual assistance in getting what you need
