I have used First Class Floor Care 2 times now and I will continue to use them for my carpet and tile! Not only are they affordable and punctual, but both Rick and Brandon are polite, professional and thorough. Both times I have called to schedule they get back to me by the end of the day and are able to work with my hectic schedule. My carpets and tile stay clean and the spots in my carpet from a new puppy have not resurfaced. Thanks guys, clients for life!

Glad we went with First Class Floor Care. They are professional and thorough, and they did very nice work. The owner, Rick, took the time to speak with me about my concerns in using harsh and toxic chemical products, and residues being left behind. He assured me there were many products out there he wouldn't use in his business and explained why. We would call on them again, and recommend them.
First Class Floor Care took great care of me and my family. We just had a newborn and we have two cats (which somehow locked themselves in the babies nursery For up to 4 days when we went to the hospital for labor) to make a long story short, our carpet is back to being fluffy, clean and smells great!
They arrived on time and got right to work. Very polite, personably and professional. They did a thorough job cleaning my carpets and finished in a timely matter. They left my carpets looking brand new. I am very pleased with their work. I’ll be using them again when the time comes.
