Eshipping, please do not reply with your patent \please email to....\. You have very few trucks in your dock and anything over 2 hours is unacceptable. I arrived at 1130 for 1400 appt but was told they would call me when a dock opened up. Docks sat empty from 1200-1400. I didn't get in before 1400, ok. Not a huge deal. I walked in at 1407 to inquire. I WAS FORGOTTEN! HUGE DEAL! Assigned a door immediately. Great! Now 1700 and still being loaded! How many breaks do you get??? We have our hours regulated by the government (in case you haven't heard). Absolutely rediculous! Here's how to improve: don't schedule trucks if loads won't be ready! Hire motivated employees! Hire more employees if you have to! Realize that if we aren't moving, we aren't getting paid! But hey, thanks for the indoor plumbing. UPDATE: Why in the hell would you double stack the front of the load and leave so much floor in the back??? Half tank of fuel and tandems all the way forward, I'm 500 lbs over weight!
