Excellent service. In & out. Personal made me six new keys. All new keys worked perfectly. Enormous selection of keys. Safes & every kind of lock ever made. I will b back 4 all my lock & key needs.
I called them to ask about their services, and everything sounded good. The next day I showed up, but they informed me that all their technicians were out on call and you have to show up when the business first opens to get service. They could have mentioned that over the phone. When I was finally able to get there at opening time, I found out they lied about their prices to get me in the door and the service charge was double what I was promised. TL;DR dishonest and unprofessional
Nice and prompt service! I locked myself out of my house and they were able to come within 45 minutes and get me back in. Prices were very reasonable, service was quick, and everyone was very friendly. Would not hesitate to use them again.
