From the start expectations where agreed to as far as what I was looking to accomplish with the repair. I then was politely given repair and cost ranges. During the entirety of the repair (Battery, Lower case and, Keyboard replacement on my 2016 15 inch MacBook.) I was constantly updated by John. My MacBook repair was done ahead of time and at much less cost that I thought. These folks are gems and I plan on using them if ever I need repair again! I’m spreading word and my recommendation of the shop throughout my social media accounts and good old fashion word of mouth. Thanks again y’all CSS!

Amazing turn around time and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend for people who need an authorized Apple technician to do work on their computer. You are kept up to date the WHOLE way through on what the progress is and even on when parts are arriving. Some of the best communication from any repair tech I have ever met. Keep up the awesomeness!
